simply yum!

so, while in romania i tried a delicious cheesy french toast that i have been craving lately.

tonight i decided to try my hand at a re-creation.

it turned out so yummy!

we served this herb-y goodness with another romanian favorite. salata.

{romanian salads rarely include any kind of lettuce.}

this simple salad is like a basic greek.

and i very conscientiously tried to remember all the ingredients, including amounts

so i could share & in order to make it again. soon.
