usually i hugely buy into the philosophy that less is more.
i adore simplicity and am a total minimalist at heart.
except, i find, when it comes to pizza!
and than -for some strange reason- i seem practically incapable of simplifying.
everything is just so dang tasty on pizza!
(but not necessarily all at once)
and because i love veggies i usually just pile everything on.
and completely forget the fact, that even when it comes to pizza, usually less is more.
this guy up here is supporting pesto, onions, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, mozzarella, mushrooms & a balsamic vinegar reduction.
and this one? well we've got turkey, corn, pineapple, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, garlic, and cheddar on this baby.
Don't get me wrong, this type of smorgasbord pizza creation isn't bad - not by a long shot!
(what pizza could be anything but delicious?)
but i think it could be even better if i could force myself to somehow narrow the toppings down.
choose just 2 or 3 delectables that compliment each other perfectly.
i think that could actually push this pizza right over the top in savory perfection.
what about you guys, how do you like your pizza?
minimalist or maximalist?
minimalist or maximalist?
