We spent Sunday with my sister teaching primary, hiding and finding easter baskets, eating romanian sarmale and mamaliga, deserting on banana cake, dying easter eggs, calling family and laughing a lot.
And I only have these two pictures to show for it all.
Easter in Canada involves a 4 day weekend which includes Good Friday and Easter Monday.
We will honor these canadian roots today by eating delicious leftovers and lots of chocolate.
