It was all Very Swiss

Last weekend we explored the Swiss Alps.
It was mountain heaven.
The air was so crisp, the view so majestic, and the weather so beautiful.
So there was nothing else to do but to order raclette and pretend that I was Heidi and this was home.
Raclette is broiled cheese - pure unidulterated cheese - served hot and bubbly with bread, potatoes, and pickles.
I'm telling you, it's so much better than fondue, and I love fondue.
And the pickles sound weird, but they are not, they're perfection.
