goodbye shoes.

while cleaning out our closet for the new office i realized i had too many shoes for just 2 feet.

and because they couldn't all fit into our substitute closet, we resigned ourselves to downsizing.

{i say we, but it should be known ryan had no more than 6 pairs and got rid of none.}

and so the rule was i could keep as many pairs as would fill just 3 steps.

that seemed reasonable.

so goodbye to 8 pairs, and i'm glad you could stay to 16.

and that even includes 2 sentimental pairs.

{note: ryan owns zero pairs of sentimental shoes. weird, i know.}
