a dash of chaos to keep us on our toes.

Yes, there have been times when Ryan & I hold FHE at 11:00 at night.
Times when we have not been to the grocery store in literally weeks.
Sometimes we even eat things like mac & cheese, PBJ, & cereal for dinner 3 nights in a row.
And we may at times be guilty of having loads of laundry strewn about our bedroom floor.
Occasionally I will even -unintentionally- crash on the sofa for a nap before noon.
This last week may have been host to a huge collision of all of the above sorts of disorderly living.
We're trying not to be too embarrassed about it.

  1. It's just part of it, Leah. It's just part of it.
Plus, it's awesome. I love that kind of stuff. It makes me feel like we're important. Because we're too busy for our own stuff! And I like to feel important.
It's just part of it... what show?

  5. best. photo. ever.

i have piles of laundry on my bedroom floor right now. some of it i washed a couple of days ago. some of it still needs to be washed. this morning my husband was rummaging around in those piles looking for something to wear (yes, it has come to that) and the clean and dirty clothes got mixed together.....and i think i am just going to leave them there until the weekend because i don't have the energy to do 15 loads of laundry.

  6. mindy... i have seriously no idea what show. but i agree. in a strange way it does kinda' make a person feel important to be too busy for laundry. yeah, i'll go with that.

paige, Jer, & amanda, oh good. that totally makes me feel better. and way less embarrassed.

and thanks mercedes. my sister took that classic of a photo. that's how we get... completely daunted by the 15 loads, so you put em off until there's 16.
